Description

The objective of the tender is to contract a service provider to support the Forest Economy Ministry in implementing the second phase of the PACO aiming to manage the change management process of the MEF for the MEF to be able to implement the Timber Legality Assurance System as specified in the Voluntary Partnership Agreement between the Republic of Congo and the EU in the frame of the Forest Law Enforcement, Governance and Trade process. The Technical Assistance Team of the service provider will have to support the MEF in developing and implementing the work plan for the second phase of PACO and will manage the resources made available by FCDO to the MEF
for the second phase. The project period is 4 years, starting in October 2025 and ending in September 2029.
